Much of this growth has been achieved through forging partnerships with world-class operators and today I am delighted to add FL Technics as one such world class partner to MAAS Aviation. The coming together of MAAS and FL Technics to combine base maintenance and aircraft painting will allow us to offer a true one-stop-shop experience in Kaunas to airlines and leasing companies which combines maintenance with painting and painting with full engineering and maintenance support. FL Technics expands its EASA Part-145 approval with Airbus A320neo family type

 FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, a part of Avia Solutions Group, has just extended its EASA Part-145 approval with Airbus A320neo family type (LEAP-1A & PW 1100G) for Line maintenance services.

The company has already added this new type to its main line station in Vilnius (VNO), Lithuania. Further expansion of the certificate addition is being planned towards Dubai (DXB), Vienna (VIE), Tbilisi (TBS), Riga (RIX), and Kiev (IEV) airports where FL Technics currently operates their EASA Part-145 approved line stations with A320 family aircraft, Airbus A330, and Boeing 737 capabilities.

FL Technics implementing next generation mechanics training using VR

FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul service, which is part of Avia Solutions Group, has begun implementing VR modules for the basic training of aviation mechanics.  The company has presented its first VR module, which covers the opening of the reverse thrust engine of a Boeing 737NG, and is set to expand its list of modules in the coming months to cover the full scope of maintenance training. FL Technics finalizes year 2018 with a €10,8 million net profit

FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, earned €119 million in revenue in 2018, which is approx. 14% more than in 2017 (€103 million) and reached net profit of €10.8 million (€5,7 million in 2017).

FL Technics to open Line maintenance station in Dubai

FL Technics, a global provider of integrated aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services, a part of Avia Solutions Group, has just signed a joint operations agreement to open an EASA certified Line maintenance station in Dubai International Airport (DXB).

Just recently, FL Technics representatives signed the agreement with local partners which entitles them to start the establishment process for the station. The newly established station in DXB will be operational in the second half of April 2019. The EASA certified center will be providing line maintenance services to foreign and local airlines with work scope of up to DY/WY check and defect rectification.
